We are close to the beautiful bay of the old port of Cala, to which Palermo owes its origin and its coastal fortune. In the past it represented a fundamental pole of economic and cultural exchange between different peoples, which later became a valuable and elegant tourist port, where recreational boats, fishing vessels and sailing boats dock. Today, the site, recovered after years of neglect, offers a beautiful walk between the sea and the ruins of the old castle from the Arab foundations, and where at nightfall you can taste the flavors and admire the "colors" of Palermo.
Vucciria is the term used to indicate the historical market of the city of Palermo and represents the best place to immerse yourself in the past and the oldest history of the Sicilian population.
La Vucciria is a place in which time seems to have stopped, where every day it is possible to turn between the various counters and hear smells, noises and voices of sellers who attract the attention of customers to sell their products placed on the "balate", the typical marble slabs of this historic market in Palermo.
