  • site viewing and browsing: data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months;
  • Statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data: any data collected will be kept for a maximum of 24 months;
  • activities related to the establishment and/or exercise and/or defence of rights: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the conclusion of the dispute and in any case for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations;
  • other activities in execution of legal obligation/orders Authority: the data will be kept for the time necessary to the conclusion of the investigative activity and in any case for the time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations;
  • maintenance of computer systems and devices: any data collected will be kept for the time necessary to carry out maintenance activities on computer systems and devices.

The personal data provided by the visitor of this site will be stored in our company servers and in our paper archives and in any case on the European territory for the treatments entrusted to third parties or for the services of relocation of the data center. The judicial data, always according to art. 4 and 10 of Regulation EU 2016/679, include personal data suitable to reveal measures referred to in article 3, paragraph 1, letters a) to o) and r) to u), of the D.P.R. 14 November 2002, n. 313, on criminal records, the register of criminal-related administrative penalties and charges pending, or the status of accused person or suspected person within the meaning of Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
